Holistic Massage Therapies By Aarti Chaggar
Hi I'm Aarti, a holistic massage therapist with over 24 years experience. I specialise in helping clients with specific medical issues and aim to get great results with the various treatments and techniques I use.
I'm a mobile therapist around Chadwell Heath, Romford, Ilford and the surrounding areas.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage focuses primarily on the deeper layers of muscles and the fascia. Often this technique involves using firmer pressure in order to reach these key areas and to release the tension, help reduce stress and increase range of movement.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a type of foot massage with pressure point work that covers the whole foot. The whole body is mapped out on the feet. Applying pressure point techniques to various areas of the feet helps to release imbalances.
This alternative healing technique is good for treating and/or relieving many health conditions such as headaches, nausea, fever and it is also considered an effective means of relieving mental stress, anxiety and depression.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
Massage of the upper back, arms, shoulders to help release tension in the muscles followed by relaxing and invigorating techniques on the scalp to help relaxation and reduce headache causing blockages

REIKI HEALING
This is a hands-on body treatment that leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed.
“When our energy is out of balance, we may feel this imbalance emotionally in the form of anxiety, stress, or depression,” explains Jennifer Brinn, a Reiki Master in San Francisco. “We may also feel physical effects like digestive issues or chronic tension.
When our energy is out of balance, why not treat energy with energy?”
Treating energy with energy is exactly what Reiki aims to do. Put simply, Reiki is a stress-reduction and relaxation technique that promotes well-being and pain relief through energetic transfers.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
Feeling exhausted? Do your muscles ache after playing sports? Are you feeling emotional or stressed? An aromatherapy massage could be just what you need. Essential Oils can do everything from giving you more energy to helping relieve stress as well as easing aches and pains to leave you feeling relaxed, balanced and totally mellow. I use a range of natural aromatherapy massage waxes to carry out my treatments. For example the Women's Blend Massage Wax is balancing due to the Geranium and Frankincense essential oils and also uplifting from the Bergamot oil.
